Storyteller -  Content Creator - Social Media Manager

I was born and raised in a small town outside of  Pittsburgh, PA where I developed a passion for sports, the great outdoors and our local area!

I love sharing stories about interesting people and creating fun and engaging content.

My career path that has allowed me to do a little bit of all of the things I love!

I'm currently the social media manager, at Wigle Whiskey and Threadbare Cider, located in The Strip District of Pittsburgh.

Previously, I was the Social Media Coordinator at Seven Springs Mountain Resort from 2016-2023. I hosted all of the marketing and social media videos.

Before Seven Springs, I was an on-air news reporter at WJAC-TV in Johnstown, PA and before that, I was a reporter, producer and promotions assistant at Sports Radio 93.7 The Fan, KDKA-FM. I covered the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and local Division-1 universities.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a bachelor of science degree in Journalism in May 2012. While enrolled at ECU, I was a pole vaulter for the Track team, served as a staff writer for The East Carolinian and have received numerous awards for academics and athletics.

What people are saying about me

-- Jeff Hathhorn, Sports Director KDKA-AM/FM

"I am continuously impressed by her intellectual enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to successfully balance the demands of collegiate athletics with her academic endeavors and community service."
